| What are your requirements to become a nanny?
You must have a minimum or 3 years of childcare experience (such as working as a nanny, in a day care center, or babysitting). Additionally, we require that you commit to a position for a minimum of one year and are a legal U.S. citizen.
Where do you place nannies?
We place live-in nannies nationwide. We provide live-out service in New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut.
What type of salary can I expect?
Your salary will depend upon your experience as well as the job requirements. Live-in nannies can expect a starting salary between $400-$600 per week, and live-out nannies, within $500-$700 per week. If you are applying for a part-time live-out position, the salary can range from $10-$17 per hour.
Do I have to pay a fee?
There is no fee to the nanny.
How many hours will I work a week and what are the duties?
The typical full-time schedule is 50 hours, but each family has a unique schedule. The primary focus of the job is childcare, but often times there are additional duties such as light housekeeping and running errands for the family.
